Our Terms and Conditions ensure a clear understanding of our professional standards, payment policies, and project commitments to deliver the best carpentry experience in the UAE.
Introduction
This agreement outlines the relationship between the client and Nadeem Nawaz Carpenter Services. By requesting or using our carpentry services in the UAE, you accept these Terms and Conditions, including policies on pricing, timelines, materials, and responsibilities.
Quotations and Pricing
All quotations are valid for a limited period, typically 7 to 14 days. Prices may change after this period due to material cost fluctuations or project scope changes. Final costs depend on confirmed specifications and site conditions. All additional costs will be communicated before execution.
Payment Terms
A percentage of the total project cost is required as an advance before work begins to secure materials and scheduling. Milestone payments may be divided into stages (Initial advance, progress payment, final payment) depending on project size. The remaining balance must be cleared upon completion and before final handover.
Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimated based on scope, design complexity, and material availability. Standard projects range from a few days to several weeks. Delays may occur due to material shortages, changes requested by the client, or site readiness issues, all of which will be communicated promptly.
Workmanship and Warranty
We provide a workmanship warranty typically ranging from 6 to 12 months, covering installation defects and structural issues related to our fabrication. This does not cover normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, or environmental factors such as extreme humidity or water exposure.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If the client cancels the project, advance payments may be partially refundable depending on work completed and materials purchased. We reserve the right to cancel projects if conditions are unsafe or requirements change fundamentally.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal matters or disputes will be handled under UAE jurisdiction.
